“Let’s shame the rich!” - everyone in this online group.
Throughout time there have been people with much more to spend than others.
From the wealthiest person in history, Mansa Musa, whose wealth was reported to be so much no one has been able to measure it accurately, it's clear that there has never been a shortage of wealth.
People like Elon Musk, who has a net worth of over $200 billion, and Jeff Bezos, who is building a $500 million mega-yacht, stand to prove that there are truly people who possess financial power beyond what most can imagine.
With this wealth, however, comes a lot of mixed emotions from other people, as the world is crippled with poverty.
According to the World Bank, 689 million people live in extreme poverty with less than $1.90 daily. With this, it's easy to tell that the gap between the rich and the poor is pretty broad.
Research shows that the poorest half of the global population owns just 2% of the worldwide total, while the richest 10% own 76% of all wealth.
We found a group of people who are fed up with that gap and aren't taking it lying down. A new subreddit, Greed Incorporated, has taken to sharing some of the most flagrant instances of extreme wealth.
Under this subreddit, you can see examples of how unjust society can be, and many of these Redditors aren't scared to take a dig at this class of people.
Some of these posts make you ponder on the state of the world today and make you realize that there is more work to be done to make the world a better place.

A cross-examination is needed, maybe?
And he’s rich!
It’s not all bad news.
Do you agree?
And they should all get responses.
Is that too much to ask for?
We can't deny the obvious; the rich have some privileges that the poor can't even begin to fathom. And unfortunately, the gap between the two classes keeps widening each day.
This online group, however, won't let that continue without voicing their opinions. From sharing advice to calling out acts of greed and even sharing memes, they aren't about to let the rich off easy.
