Look at his adorable smile!
Ruger has been the heart and soul of the family since he joined them. He loves to play and run around with his human siblings, whatever chance he gets.
He gets along with all of them quite well. Ruger's mom, Molly Figueroa very candidly shared:
“He has special yet different bonds with each of my three kids.” Since Figueroa is a photographer, her kids including Ruger find themselves in front of her camera.
They are without a doubt her favorite subjects for photography. Nonetheless, just as most kids, her kids do not sit still or pose for the photos.
“My kids hate posing, and Ruger usually avoids eye contact with Mom's camera too,” Figueroa shared.
Ruger, that day, seemed to have sensed her mom's desperation and decided to give her a not-so-trying time and may even set some good example for her siblings too.
Figueroa was excited to share that, “Somehow he was having the best day ever and had to flash that glorious smile right at me.” Ruger made her mom very happy that day and Figueroa was looking forward to Ruger's positive effect on her other kids too.
But Figueroa got some really good pictures of Ruger or at least the group photos of Ruger as a well-behaved kid and the rest as a spoiled bunch. Nonetheless, this contrasting behavior produced some really good pictures.
Finally, the rest of the kids also decided to give mom a break and sat still for her to take some good pictures. But behavior-wise, Ruger was the winner and highlight of the day.
And what does good behavior earn? A reward, of course!
She went on to add further, “I bribed the others with ‘treats’ as well, but I guess they weren't as enthusiastic about them.”
