Woman Adopts Stray Deformed Doggo With Two Mouths

This funny looking doggo has got a big heart

This is the story of Toad, who is a 6 year old pooch with a bit of an off-putting deformity. She was born with two mouths - one where her ear should be and one where the normal mouth goes.

She doesn't have a jaw on her second mouth so it can't actually chew food but it does salivate when her normal mouth eats. So strange!

Toad ended up at a shelter where she met her new and forever Mom, who described the first time they met as being a beautiful moment where they both just knew they were meant for each other.

Toad's new owner described the first time they met with

"A shelter officer muzzled her and carried her to the vet clinic and while she was there being examined, it sounds goofy but literally, we made eye contact and she immediately relaxed."

She goes on to say

"That day I took her into my office to evaluate her and she immediately crawled into my lap. This big scary, insane-looking dog, just climbed into my lap and rested her head on my shoulder. I adopted her and we have been inseparable ever since."

That's a love story if ever I've heard one.

"She is the reason we started Mutt Misfits, our rescue organization dedicated to helping special needs, sick, injured and deformed pets at risk for euthanasia."

She said.

"We were founded by employees of the shelter in May 2017 after seeing what happens to the “misfit” dogs that are brought in and have saved about 200 dogs."

I guess you would just have a bit of fun with it!

"She’s a sweet and absolutely perfect girl who is extremely loved."

How can you not love that face!
