Remember your parents telling you that high school will be the best years of your life? But, they forgot to mention that it can also be somewhat weird (Well, maybe that's the thing that makes it the best period of your life).

High school is not just about learning (it has very little to do with learning, to be honest) but about socializing, getting to know the world around you, etc. that's why we don't realize how weird it can sometimes be. Basically, with limited life experience, we have nothing to compare it with.

As a student, you rarely question what is going on around you, and you accept everything as normal. Only when you graduate and compare your memories to those of others, do you realize what a weird place it was.
