Escape rooms can be fun, but only if everyone works together to get to the solution.

Guy Invites Girlfriend To Escape Room But Then Uninvites Her Because She's Too Good At Puzzles

We are back again today with yet another AIT Athread video from Reddit that was posted. This thread is perfect for those looking for unbiased opinions or advice from strangers.

Sometimes it's just easier to get an opinion from a stranger rather than trying to ask people that are already involved or might have a bias towards you or someone else. We enjoy diving into these posts because of all of the awesome content and the best comments, which can make these posts so entertaining.

With all this being said, today's post was submitted by a guy who wants to know if he's wrong for uninviting his girlfriend to the escape room with him and his friends. Essentially, he wants to uninvite her because he said that she is too good at the escape rooms.

He said that she wouldn't let anyone really help with it and would solve it herself, which of course, wasn't fun for them. So he told her that they'd rather her not tag along if she can't let them do some too.

Ultimately, he just wants to know if it's wrong for him to uninvite her or if he should just let her come anyway despite them not enjoying their time there. Stay tuned if you want to hear the full story and see the comments on it as well.

OP starts off by explaining his relationship with his girlfriend and then explaining that he has these plans with his friends every few weeks or so.

This is when he tries to talk to her and get things to change, but apparently they don't really change and he gets into an argument with her about this whole thing.

People in the comments already stated that OP was NTA and that she should back off a little bit.

She shouldn't be mad at all but maybe she just wants to tag along. Everyone is giving different ideas though for them to compromise and both be happy with it.

She either juts doesn't understand the issue, or she's definitely playing AH and is someone who is just inconsiderate of others.

This person wants to know how they are doing the puzzles if she's able to do it all herself. When usually people would split the puzzles up.

Maybe he should have another conversation with her and explain the importance of this when it comes to going to an escape room.

People are saying that OP is being fair to her and has already explained the issue, to which she clearly is not responding or doesn't care about.

This is absolutely showing that she doesn't care but maybe she doesn't think it's as big of a deal. He should talk to her again/

This person actually says that there's NAH because she's doing what she knows to do and they are just unhappy with her being too good at it, but that doesn't make either of them the AH.

Well, this was an interesting story. Ultimately, people had a lot to say in the comments, and a lot of people did say that he was NTA, but a lot of them also said NAH because, technically, neither of them did anything wrong.

They might just have to accommodate another way and get two different rooms or some other compromise.
