30 Recruiters Who Embarrassed Themselves While Trying To Employ Someone
You'd think that recruiters would do their research before hiring someone... turns out some like to embarrass themselves.

The job of a recruiter is tough, granted, but they're hired to recruit for a reason! Imagine a surgeon sitting ducks in the hospital because he can't remember where to start.
When you apply to be a recruiter, you know what you're getting yourself into. No one ever pushes you to become something you don't want to or can't be.
Ever seen an engineer become a doctor simply because they think they know a little something about bones and blood? Of course not!
But what you're about to see may make you question why these recruiters took up the job of being a recruiter if they have no clue what to expect from their job responsibilities.
I remember a couple of years ago I was interviewed for a job, but, thankfully; it didn't work out. A couple of days later, the same recruiter, who told me I wasn't selected, called and told me how they shortlisted my resume for the same position.
I was confused, wouldn't you be?
After telling the recruiter that I wasn't selected, he told me how I should've told him that before. Wasn't that his job, you know, to know more about the candidate he was calling?
I came to understand then that these recruiters have to call maybe hundreds of people every single day, so it's natural that they don't read up their candidate's biography.
But they should do the bare minimum to save themselves from total embarrassment! To prove my point, cue in the scroll.

Maramis_satsWell, something new everyday!
LateNightNFTWell, I guess you can't escape a little embarrassment, but this is a bit too much! How can you contact someone you just let go a couple of days ago?
How can you ask a hired employee to refer someone for the job they're holding? It's beyond me, honestly.
Recruiters really have to do their jobs well. I mean, that's the bare minimum.
You were hired to recruit, so the least you're expected to do is to know who you're calling! If recruiting was as easy as calling random people, don't you think companies would have automated the process?
When you're healing from resignation and suddenly you get a call from the same company that let you go about the same role you were hired for...
It's an unbelievable number of feelings, to be honest. Not only would you be mad, but the feeling of being replaceable really gets to you.
