The Arizona Humane Society (AHS) field dispatchers received a distress call last week from a kind-hearted individual who had found Molly in distress. This good Samaritan reported that Molly, who was pregnant, had fallen victim to a rattlesnake's bite.

We're uncertain about the species of rattlesnake that attacked Molly. However, we know all too well the potent venom these creatures carry, and the danger was amplified given Molly's expectant status.

There was no time to waste, and immediate rescue operations were launched to save both Molly and her unborn puppies.

Without wasting any time, the medical team carefully moved Molly and her newborns into their vehicle for a swift journey to the AHS trauma hospital. As the team embarked on their journey, an astounding event unfolded.

Molly, the fighter that she was, gave birth to two more puppies! Now, the vehicle wasn't just carrying Molly and her three puppies but an entire canine family of six.

Molly's tale of resilience didn't end there. As they traveled to the hospital, she continued her incredible journey of motherhood, giving birth to more puppies. After arrival at the hospital and under the vigilant care of the medical specialists, she delivered two more pups.

This culminated in an awe-inspiring total of seven newborn puppies, all healthy and safe. Moreover, after a thorough examination by the veterinary staff, it was confirmed that both Molly and her brood were in great health.

The specialists were confident that despite their tumultuous arrival, there was no immediate threat to their well-being. This turned a potentially tragic story into one of triumph and the celebration of life.
