Store In Japan Designs Mindblowing Samurai Armor Specially Made For Cats And Dogs
An extra layer of protection for your pups and kittens.

Kandaya is a Japanese pet supply store that wants your pet to channel their inner samurai with some incredible armor. Using a beautiful green and purple color palette, the shop designed a series of armor that looks like the Eva Unit-01 robot from Neon Genesis Evangelion.
They also feature traditional armor, which pays homage to samurai history. There is actually a samurai buried in the same city where the store is.
In the wonderful city of Kurayoshi, the mighty samurai Satomi Tadayoshi was buried and it's believed that he was the inspiration for one of the characters in the novel "The Legend of the Eight Dogs". This makes Kendaya's pet armor even more interesting.
The shop rents out the traditional armor for cats and dogs for 500 yen per hour. The Evangelion-inspired armor will cost you double that.
