I can say with certainty that most people enjoy a nice romance in pretty much every movie. If the romance is written well then it can make you both laugh and cry.
Seeing a beautiful romance develop throughout the movie can also be very inspiring for all the single people out there watching the movie. It restores faith that the right person is out there and waiting for you, and that love at first sight, is a totally real thing.
These iconic movie couples are exactly what a movie needs to get emotions from the viewers. I can think of a lot of movies that will remain remembered by the iconic movie couples that showed incredible chemistry.
It doesn't even have to be a romance film for it to be remembered for its romance. We've seen plenty of adventure or action films where the couples are pretty much the main focus of the movie, and those movies are usually awesome.
A nice romance just makes the movie more interesting, and it adds a new dimension to the movie, making it much more exciting to watch.
Prepare yourself for a nostalgia trip as you scroll down as we show you what your favorite movie couples look like years after their roles which we remember them by.
