As humans, most of us have work stress whether you are a prominent role in our company or not. Even entry-level positions still have stress and work stress can tend to build up over time especially.

Some people spend their time putting what they really o to help with work stress, but the best thing you can do is learn to give yourself boundaries and only work when on the clock or at work.
