Over the years, Toy Story has amassed quite the fan base. What’s not to love about it? From its plot to its production and cast, Toy Story is a delight to watch any day or time.
Let’s be honest, though; it’s not the plot, as great as it is, that keeps us coming for more. It’s the exceptional characters who are developed so well that you’ll find yourself glued to them.
That’s why when fans heard of Pixar’s plan to produce a spin-off of the iconic animation feature film, they went bonkers.
Pixar built this spin-off titled, Lightyear, on Toy Story's favorite, Buzz Lightyear. It takes us through the origin story of a real-life space ranger who became a toy.
We don’t doubt that fans will fall in love with this character all over again after watching this movie. The news that Chris Evans would voice the character instead of Tim Allen only made it even more exciting to look forward to.
