According to The American Institute of Stress, about 33% of people report feeling extreme stress, 77% of people experience stress that affects their physical health, 73% have stress that impacts their mental health, and almost half of the people in the US have trouble sleeping because of stress.
Stress can be a useful tool for raising energy and focus at times. The majority of the time, though, stress is a negative factor in a person's life that causes a slew of undesirable consequences.
Because stress is a practically universal human emotion, anybody can benefit from understanding more about it. A person might begin to combat the consequences of stress by realizing how ubiquitous and dangerous it is.
What are the main stress causes? Well, in today's world, it's hard to find a thing that's not causing stress.
Low incomes, high expenses, student loans, fear for the future… the list is so long. Celebs are stressed out too, you know.
Most of us would think that they are just exaggerating – they are rich and famous, what could they be stressing about? The truth is that all of us have problems; they are just different for certain people.
Being a celeb doesn't make you worry-free. Here is what they do to make the stress go away:
1. Candace Cameron Bure
"It's so important to walk away from texts, emails and social media and be present throughout our day," Reading her bible, staying active, and putting down her phone are three things the queen of Hallmark Christmas movies tries to do daily to keep her stress at bay.

This actress also enjoys going on walks with her dog "keep my body in motion And being outside in the fresh air always makes me feel better. When I'm having a particularly difficult time waking up, I'll go for an early frigid walk with my puppy Emmy, and it sets such a positive, enthusiastic tone for the remainder of the day."

"One of the reasons I overschedule myself is my lifelong pal, anxiety, I know I'm not alone and more importantly, to all those like me who overschedule, overthink, overwork, over-worry and over-everything, please know you're not alone. We don't talk enough about mental health and don't do enough to destigmatize talking about it.
But, as with this post, better later than never, I hope..."
