This Haunted Hotel Room Is Turning Skeptics Into Believers

One video takes over the creepy side of the Internet, and rightfully so...

It's no secret that the Internet is perpetually fascinated with horror and the macabre. We obsessively read share, and create creepy stories. We linger relentlessly on photo galleries of haunted castles and houses worldwide. We constantly find ways to scare ourselves, quite frankly.

But today the horror comes to us.

Straight from the video and words of Corpus Cristi, Texas's Frank Ramirez we are all quite literally... spooked. Ramirez says was staying in a motel in Harlingen, Texas when "creepy" things began to happen and it only got worse from there....

Before Ramirez began filming things started off weird but seemingly innocent.

A phone fell off it's cradle. Odd, but, seemed within the realm of something one could shrug off.

Then a cup fell on the floor and Ramirez felt like things were getting spooky. So naturally, he began filming.

He said:

In just a few short days, Ramirez's video spooked a metric ton of people. It was shared over 100,000 times and viewed over 7.5 million times. Watching the video will definitely give you chills but of course it sparked plenty of skeptical commentary as well. Quite a few people accused Ramirez of using a fishing wire to make everything move, thus staging the video.

Naturally, Ramirez responded with another video in an attempt to debunk that accusation...

He said:

In an attempt to verify Ramirez's video and claims, another Facebook user booked the same hotel room and had his own set of creepy and spooky experiences!

The first thing that happened to  Abel Fonseca II was the television turning itself on!

But it didn't stop there. Just like with Ramirez, a towel fell on the floor...

And of course the toilet flushed itself, too.

The verdict is still out for us, we are creeped out but the mystery remains...
