Everybody has bad work days occasionally. You might neglect to send an email at the appropriate time or accidentally spill coffee on your own clothes.

You probably believe that your day is terrible when these bad things happen, but then you realize that a lot of people are dealing with much worse situations at work than you are. And when I say worse situations, I mean the worst of the worst.

Yes, we've all made mistakes at work, but some missteps are permanent. If it didn't result in your termination, you might as well give up.

Nobody is going to let you get away with that error. This is the case with these OSHA gaffes, errors, and outright ineptitude cases.
