Rejection can be described as the act of turning down somebody or something away. No one likes to be rejected, but rejection is a part of everyday life, and we have to learn how to deal with it because a sting of rejection can be harsh sometimes.
We have all been rejected once in our life, whether it is a job interview, relationship rejection, rejection from a university, or a simple everyday rejection such as when a friend ignores a message about hanging out. Rejection is something that has happened to each of us at least once in our lifetime, but we must bounce back from it, and we must not let it hold us back.

Some rejection stories people had posted are heartbreaking and left us wondering how someone can be so cold and cruel. Being rejected sucks, but it happens, and as soon as you learn how to accept it with dignity, it will get easier for you.
