Your dog is always there for you, just like your future spouse. Because of this, people honor their pets during their nuptials.

There are numerous ways to do this. Some have their dog walk with them down the aisle, while some have them serve as their flower girl or ring bearer.

Some brides have even "requested" their pets stand with them at the altar's front as a bridesmaid or maids of honor. However, the location of your event may prevent dogs from being brought to weddings.

But that doesn't stop them from using pictures of their dog as table numbers, place cards, or other stationery all over the venue. Some even give their guests "doggie bags" and biscuits shaped like their dogs to take home.

To put this simply, the bride-to-be in today's story wanted this type of wedding (and more). This is because she and her friend had a plan that when each of them got married, they'd have a doggy wedding ceremony between their dogs and their future husband's dogs at the same time.
