Dog Is Hilariously Shamed In Police Officers Facebook Report Over A Slain Elf
An officer has shamed his dog for the destruction of a Christmas decoration in a full on police report.

Everyone wonders how their pets are going to handle the Christmas season. Cats climb the trees, knock ornaments down, and enjoy the shiny light while peoples pooches are more known for ripping open presents, stealing the treats, and just being adorable bundles of seasonal spirit.
This year a certain pup has been caught in the act destroying beloved family decorations, and the pups dad, Shane Ferrari of the San Juan County Sheriffs Office posted all about the horrific event, as a breaking news story on Facebook.
Warning, the pictures following may not be suitable for those who love Christmas, or elves.
Meet Shane Ferrari and his dog, Josie!
Josie is the sweet, innocent, adorable pooch who has caused all the drama in the Ferrari household this silly season. It seems as though one of the family elves was brutally murdered, and Josie is the main suspect!
Lets look at the crime scene...
Mr. Ferrari's Facebook post reads as follows:

Meet Holly Christmas. RIP

Josie was taken into custody
The report continued: The victim’s body was found near the doggie door. A known hang out of Josie’s. Upon questioning, Josie fled law enforcement and a foot chase ensued. Josie was apprehended after a minor struggle and is being charged with murder, tampering with evidence and fleeing. Ferrari stated, “I am happy with the quick apprehension of the suspect. My concern now is for the family due to New Mexico “catch and release” rules.” Photos of the crime are attached (warning! View discretion is advised).

How could this little face be guilty?
And this isn't where the case ended!
Even though the public vouch for Josie's innocence, the elves have other ideas

And unfortunately the precious pup was booked...
It seems as though the dog is guilty! Though the case continues on and Josie waits patiently for the verdict she is, in fact, being kept under surveillance for the time being. But could Josie really be the killer? That prison suit shade of blue is really helping convince the public just how cuddly our possible killer is.
Remembering Holly

Abbey walks investigators through the scene of the crime.
She described the homicide to detectives and is working very hard to close this case and make sure the real killer is put behind bars! But could it be an inside job???
MAYBE
Josie's story has been put on pause while Ferrari deals with the many other important cases on the go in San Juan County, so hopefully, the elves take this time to fess up, or Abbey solves the case the case alone! For now, it is suspected that Josie is serving time by sleeping away the days, or running laps of the yard. Good luck Josie! We know you're innocent!
