People Who Are Sick And Tired Of Delusional Employers And Their Ridiculously Unrealistic Requirements
Applying for jobs in this day and age is one of the worst experiences anyone can go through; the respect shown is never mutual, and it feels like a non-ending process whose sole purpose is to suck your energy and confuse you. The requirements that employers have are non only unrealistic, but they are also ridiculous and show that however requested them has absolutely no shame.

Companies have all the power and know that people rely on them for their livelihoods and will accept things they don't necessarily feel comfortable with. However, people are starting to stand up to them and quit complying with their every demand.
Many hiring managers are starting to realize that people are rejecting their offers more than before, so now, the only choice they have is to lower their expectations and be nicer to people. As long as people continue to know their worth and not settle for anything less than what they deserve, things will continue evolving.
