The dreaded telephone scam! We've all heard of them, and we all despise them. However, rather than ignoring and instantly blocking these irritating and fraudulent individuals, it may be entertaining to play along with the scammers, wasting their time in the process.
Because these cybercrimes are low-risk criminal activities, they can be carried out in large numbers with potentially high returns. Cybercrime is more appealing to perpetrators than more traditional criminal activities such as breaking and entering.

Every day, a large number of people fall victim to these scams. Part of the issue is the difficulty in distinguishing between legitimate and scam emails, which is due to the scammers’ ability to imitate genuine communications.
