Wedding preparations are a big deal. This kind of event planning takes weeks, typically months, of hard work and dedication on the part of the bride, groom, and their families.
It says wedding planning is the final hurdle that tests a couple's ability to problem-solve together. The issues that need to be resolved before the wedding can either strengthen the relationship or break it apart entirely.
One particular element of pre-wedding preparations that doesn't get discussed a lot but certainly whispered about is signing a prenuptial agreement. Talking about prenups is still a little bit taboo and admittedly awkward because some people still think they foretell a marriage's end.
The mysticism around prenups is slowly getting dispelled thanks to celebrities and prominent people speaking about them to a degree. While we may not be privy to all the intricacies of their contracts, we have a better idea as to why they agreed to sign one in the first place.
No, the reason is not that they didn't love each other or they want their marriage to end in a divorce; they simply wanted to protect each other and separate their assets. So which celebrities got candid about their prenups? Scroll below to find out!
