When you find someone who understands you and who can go the extra mile for you, relationships can be so fun and worth all the trouble. But we all know that even with the right person, not every relationship is meant to go the distance.

Breakups are always hard, even for the rich and famous. What makes it harder in their case is that more often than not, their relationships and breakups are brought to the public and there are countless strangers weighing in on everything they do.

In the best-case scenario, both parties will treat each other with respect and kindness and both of them are able to move on. Sometimes though, one person gets stuck and stays hung up on their ex for a little longer than should be.

This doesn't always mean that they want to get back together with that ex although that sometimes does happen. More often than not, it's more about having unprocessed feelings, unfinished business, or just generally not fully being over that person.

In the celebrity world, this can often manifest in cryptic social media posts, snarky comments, or even epic songs that would win countless prestigious awards. With that, here are 15 celebs who seem like they're not fully over their ex just yet.

1. Kanye West

Kanye has never been shy about letting people into his thoughts and with his recent split with his wife, Kim Kardashian, he's been pretty vocal about wanting to get back together. But it seems like he's almost edging into dangerous territory with his comments that almost seem like threats against Kim's current boyfriend Pete Davidson.

We hope Kanye figures it all out soon.

2. Ben Affleck

Getting back together after 20 years with multiple marriages in between seem like the ultimate sign that Ben or maybe even Jennifer really haven't gotten over each other at all.

3. Sean Penn

Sean Penn has already been down the aisle three times but it's that third one that seems to have him hung up. In a recent interview, he revealed that he was still in love with his most recent ex-wife saying, "There's a woman who I'm so in love with, Leila George, who I only see on a day-to-day basis now, because I f---ed up the marriage."

4. Shanna Moakler

Shanna and her ex, Travis Barker have been divorced for over a decade now but it seems that Shanna isn't as fully over Travis as she would want to be. Or maybe she's just jealous of his relationship with Kourtney Kardashian?

Who knows? Either way, she hasn't held back from shading the lovers on social media.

5. Future

It seems that rapper Future just can't let go of his former beau Ciara. For one, he can't stop saying her name anywhere and he's pretty known for saying harsh things about Ciara's husband Russell Wilson.

Back in 2022, Ciara and Russell were also seen leaving the Super Bowl party just about the time Future was to perform so maybe things are still a little tense between them all.

6. Selena Gomez & Justin Bieber

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez were everyone's favorite couple at some point but throughout their relationship, they were on and off. They did finally break up and Justin got married to Hailey Baldwin in 2018 but it seems like there are still some unsettled things from his previous relationship.

Selena allegedly wrote the song "Lose You To Love Me" about Justin. She even publicly accused him of cheating on her with Hailey.

Justin, on the other hand, has made snarky comments about Selena. Some people also think he wrote the song "Ghosts" about her.

In Blac Chyna's case, it's not that she wants to get back with her ex. There just seems to be some unfinished business especially now that her lawsuit against her ex Rob Kardashian and his family is now in court.

Perhaps a heft settlement is just the thing she needs to fully move on.

We know that it's not easy to find amazing people that you really like and would want to spend the rest of your life with but come on, if it's not meant to be then it's not.
