Here are some things that you can strike off of your to-do list because nobody should ever do them. If that sounds confusing, allow me to explain.

Have you ever written down what you wanted out of life? Are your hopes and dreams or small to-do lists planned out?

There’s probably a lot of stuff you want to try or stuff you didn’t know you wanted until you experienced them. It makes you hopeful and encourages you to make more plans.

Some would dub those plans as their bucket list. Bucket lists are the things you want to do or experience before you, in a lighter term, kick the bucket.

That term can be used lightly though for new things you want to try. But have you had bad experiences that you would definitely put on your anti-bucket list if there even is one? 

Things that if anyone asked about, you would definitely tell them about the one-star rating you would give it. Well, in a r/AskReddit post, a Redditor asked people what they recommended that people don’t make the mistake of doing and they were quite interesting. 

There were answers that create major impacts in life but also social advice that you would better steer clear from. If you’re curious about what you should look out to avoid doing or stop doing, these answers might humor you.

1. The subway, cabs, and even walking would be a better and cheaper option

2. At the end of the day, you are in it for a job that helps you survive and so are they

3. Settling would only lead to regrets in the future

4. Some jerks really treat people like they’re below them

5. Getting pushed by a bunch of people and having to hold your pee seems a bad way to start the new year

This doesn't mean though that you shouldn't go out on your own adventures and cross off things in your actual bucket list. You might find your happiest in those adventures.
