Bears are the most popular choice for toy animals. Can you blame manufacturers and children alike for loving them when they are super cute and cuddly?

These bears are usually a child's first toy. Stores never run out of them because everyone loves them. 

Kids sometimes get so attached to these toy bears that it becomes difficult to separate both, even for a minute. While parents think these toys are only nice to have around, they are much more than that.

Toy bears provide children with benefits that far outweigh just the appeal of having an adorable companion, even if this sure helps.

These bears offer educational benefits to kids of all ages, including learning social skills, increasing imaginative abilities, and building emotional capacity. 

Children often have long talks and express their emotions to their favorite teddy bears. Talking to them may even help a child feel better and calmer. 

It seems that even real bears find toy bears charming, and we have proof.

All alone

Tamarack is an orphaned bear who was rescued from the California wildfires. Due to the wildfire, he sustained some serious injuries, with his paws all burned.

Luckily, this cute critter received medical treatment at a wildlife care facility.

Tamarack escapes

One faithful day, the keepers at the wildlife sanctuary discovered that Tamarack had escaped his area and tunneled beneath the electric fence. 

It was a sad day for everyone, as no one knew what dangers he could encounter out in the open. However, almost a year later, Tamarack showed everyone that he is in fact doing rather well!

Enjoying some quality time with his teddy

As an orphan, Tamarack didn’t have many people around him. However, all that changed when he met a toy bear.

The cute bear was recently caught on a trail camera, enjoying a bath with a friend. He was playing with a toy bear in South Lake Tahoe, California.

Sharing the sweet moment

The clip showing the adorable moment was then shared on social media by wildlife enthusiast Toogee Sielsch.

However, this is not the only video Sielsch has of Tamarack. He once recorded him on cameras located in the woods near his home.

The videos clearly show the bear having a swell time in the pond.

More for everyone!

Everyone was frightened Tamarack won’t survive in the wild as a result of his injuries. But they were pleased to find out that the bear not only survived, but was thriving.

Get us a toy bear because we certainly want to get in on this teddy action!

This story is proof that toy bears are genuinely the best toys to have around. We’re so glad Tamarack got a companion. We hope he never gets to feel lonely ever again.
