Dad From Family That Redditor Works For Attempted To Assault Her, And She's Not Sure About The Outcome
This is definitely a heavier topic and one that we should have a trigger warning of when it comes to assault.

The relationship advice thread on Reddit is one of those threads that always seems to have something juicy or drama-filled going on in it. This thread has done wonders for people who are looking to get some advice or opinions on their situation and figure out how to handle it.
The relationship advice thread can be for any type of relationship, not just romantic, but this time, the story is kind of heavy, and there's definitely a lot going on in it. With that being said, we are looking into a post that was submitted by a girl who explains a situation where she babysits for a family, and the dad tried to assault her.
So she comes to Reddit to see what other people say about this situation because it's definitely something where she needs some advice on how the whole thing ended. People in the comments had so much to say, and they definitely gave a lot of advice to the original poster.
So if you're interested in seeing the full post that she posted, as well as what people had to say in the comments, then stay tuned as we dive in and give you all the details on the comments and the post.
OP's post was pretty detailed and gave all of the information about how the dad acted and how the mom reacted when OP told them what the dad did to her.
RedditOP is mostly concerned with another babysitter that might be going through the same thing as her, but also she wants advice on talking to the mom.
RedditIt is a hard situation and it's going to be very hard to convince Jen that her husband would do something like this as well.
ripecantaloupePeople were asking if OP told anyone else but it seems that the mom's reaction made her not want to talk to anyone.
LilKoshkaExactly this. It's nobody's fault except the dad's and he knows exactly what he did and he knew that it was wrong.
AKA_June_MonroeThe response from the mom probably gives it all away with how you can imagine that these people are and just how their relationship is.
lila_faunsSome people are telling her to file a real report on him and to tell her parents what happened so they can report him too.
RedditMany people think that Jen probably wouldn't bvelieve her right off the bat because she probably thinks she knows her husband best, but clearly not.
nmc_azraelThe "God Fearing Man" thing is really odd and people said that they think that these types of men are the worst, and we might agree.
GemiDee1313I wouldn't suggest that she keep working there and we hope that she ends up leaving or reporting them so that nobody else can go babysit.
robklg159This is such an unfortunate situation, and we really hope that OP can cope a little bit and even put a report out on him. She needs to recognize what happened, and honestly, she can't really convince the mom, but at least she told her.
OP did her part, but now she needs to just heal and tell someone about what happened.
