It's safe to say that things are getting tougher by the day. These days, to even reach the point of an interview, you essentially have to drown in a sea of icy "Good luck in your future endeavors!" application rejections, with no guarantee that you will be hired.

All job seekers become accustomed to rejection despite the fact that it erodes one's confidence. With every rejection letter, your hopes of landing a job keep dropping, at which point everything appears to be like a bad dream or nightmare.

So, it makes sense that many employees will go to great lengths to save their jobs, even if it means putting up with their horrible boss. We know that a strong leader is important to the success of any team at work.

It's no secret that a successful company may be made or broken by its boss, but alas, not every employee is fortunate enough to have one. Some managers make their workers' lives unbearable for more than eight hours a day, five days a week.
