Whatever the size, so long as you can buy your dream house, it is already an achievement, and it shows that you are into a big commitment. There are a lot of things to consider when buying a house.

Think of the price, location, size, and of course, consider not just the present but your future (including that of your family who will be living with you on the same roof). With that, you need to put your safety and security on top.

It is alright to be picky as owning one entails a lot of responsibility. If something goes wrong with the property you acquired, it can also mean a lot of headaches.

Speaking of headaches, this Tiktok user (@_arsmath) had more than that. She documented and shared the series of misfortunes she experienced with the house she bought, and the video went viral.

It cost her a lot of money on repairs, and the grand finale was unexpectedly her house getting crushed by a falling tree. Gladly, she was neither severely injured nor killed during the incident as she was inside the house when the horrible thing happened.

First was this dead tree.

When she discovered the dead tree, cutting it off was the obvious solution. That cost her $7k.

Second, a burst pipe.

It needed some fixing, and that added another $3k for repairs.

Third, this malfunctioning washing machine.

She spent another $3k to fix this faulty washing machine, which caused her house to get flooded.

Fourth, the faulty power lines.

She nearly had a heart attack when she heard an explosion of the power lines, and she got trapped in the house.

Fifth, an "indoor waterfall".

The list goes on as repairs pile up one after the other. Now, it's the roof that needed a replacement.

The sixth and the grand finale...

This was indeed "grand", which led her to one emergency room visit after one of the trees surrounding her house fell and crushed the house.
