Most people wake up extremely confused after taking nap or just generally each morning, which is pretty normal and common but in order for that process to go smoothly, it is important to get rid of every distraction caused by anything or anyone during that time.

In a couple of rare cases, some people wake up to some really unusual things they were not expecting at all and having to process all of that at once while you're still sleepy can be quite tricky especially that during that time your brain is usually not fully prepared yet to do regular life thinking.
