What You Probably Didn't Know About The "Voice" In Your Head
Everyone hears it in a number of different ways... right?

The human body has always been a mystery, but the brain is arguable the most intriguing of all. Apparently, some people thoughts are able to be 'heard' or put into sentences while others' internal monologue is replaced by abstract, non-verbal thoughts.
The funny thing about this fact is that most of the time, a person who thinks one way isn't aware that another person can think in a different way.
As a result, some people had no idea that not everyone has a distinguishable "voice" in their head. As always, this sparked some interesting discussion on Twitter; take a look.
Here's an explanatory tweet:
And the post that started it all:
It's so interesting to me that you can hear your own voice in your head when you think.
This difference between people's thinking really is strange.
And here I was thinking it was just a movie thing :0
Haha 😂
I can't imagine being able to have a whole telepathic conversation with myself.
Big mood 😔
Aphantasia is also very interesting to look into!
I guess we have it good, huh?
Nice to know I'm not the only one who does this.
:,)
"Welcome back to episode 354 of 'Pouring Water Into A Glass'."
I think some do both, from what I've gathered!
😂
This is mind-boggling the more I think about it.
Agreed.
That's sounds very pleasant, ngl.
Nope :(
Another question to think about.
That must be an annoying misunderstanding :,)
This just goes to show the massive impact abuse has on someone's mental health.
I think that's aphantasia? Not sure.
I can imagine it's pretty difficult having a constant monologue in your head.
It must've been 😂
I think it's a matter of which one you use more often.
I was surprised to find the two different ways people think to themselves too!
Apparently.
This is the most interesting thing I've seen this week for sure. Tell us how you think! (Literally.)
