Drink, anyone?

People like to talk when they have a drink or two, which places a person behind the counter in an interesting position. Bartenders are great listeners, and they are much cheaper than therapists.
They can be our confidants, drinking buddies, and event dates. You can’t really do that job if you don’t enjoy working with people.
While each bartender and server have their own style of dealing with clients, they all have the ability to leave a lasting impression. Will it be good or bad is entirely up to them.
But, of course, we also have an influence on that because they are basically reacting to our behavior. Danil Nevsky, the founder and CEO of the Indie Bartender Company says that being a bartender is like being a discount psychologist plus a pharmacist, morphed into an actor on stage at an improv theatre while being shouted at by waiters, the kitchen staff, the guests, and the owner all at the same time.
People in the service industry love sharing their experiences with customers, and the customers are not remaining silent either. So who has the best stories?
Let’s find out. We’ve chosen some of the most interesting tweets from both sides, and we know you are going to love them.

He also said there is a saying about bartenders: "The bartender is the aristocrat of the working class. Bartending is the only profession where the entire world comes to you in good times and bad. Another expression I really like is, 'A man walks into a bar and discovers the world!'"

KellyAnneByrne2What would we do without our bartenders and waiters? There is no denying that they make or break a restaurant or a bar.
It’s not the food or the ambiance, and let’s face it, the drinks taste about the same everywhere. It’s the wait staff that adds flavor to a place.
