Lost And Found: The Story Of Derinkuyu's Underground Metropolis

"You’d think they’d be a little more sympathetic having to haul around all that audacity."
A recent Reddit post struck the nerve of a lot of Redditors. The story was all about a pregnant lady who infuriated a military veteran when she parked at the spot designated for veterans and pregnant women.
OP was 34 weeks pregnant when the incident occurred. Her pregnancy has been challenging, to say the least, and it was one of the rare times she allowed herself to leave the house.
Her husband wasn't able to get groceries, so it was up to OP to finish the task. A young man pulled up behind OP as she was getting out of her vehicle.
He yelled at her that it was illegal for her to take up that spot as it was for veterans. OP informed him that it was for veterans and pregnant women.
OP indicated that she is, as a matter of fact, pregnant. The veteran said that he earned the right to park in that spot since he fought for the country.
OP apologized for offending him, thanked him for his service, and advised him to look for another designated space to park if he needed it for disability reasons.
He wasn't impressed by OP's suggestions, so he called her a b*tch before driving away. OP told her husband what happened and he said that while she was technically correct, the veteran deserved the parking spot more.
The men in OP's family have absolutely no clue just how difficult being pregnant is. Considering the fact that OP was 34 weeks along a difficult pregnancy, they should have been infuriated on her behalf.
OP was voted not the a**hole by sympathetic Redditors. They advised her to ignore what her husband, father, and brother were saying & focus on the good of her health and baby.
