Being a tenant comes with its own ups and downs. Only a few can boast that they have good landlords who do not reap them off in one way or another, but even if they don’t, there’s always something to complain about. 

If you're a tenant, or you were once one, odds are that you've had to manage somehow around one terrible landlord. Regardless of whether it's charging for ludicrous things like the use of elevators or raising the lease down to overlooking incalculable solicitations for routine maintenance, it tends to be difficult to adapt to such property or house owners.
