Woman Regrets Paw-Print Tattoo Because It's Impacting Her Love Life

Grieving the loss of a pet is no small, emotional burden. Photographer Ross Taylor published a heart-wrenching series highlighting the grief experienced between humans and their pets in their passing that still impacts our hearts.

When it comes to remembering our furry friends, the companions we wanted for a lifetime but had to say goodbye to way too soon, we all find different ways to cope. Some people have funeral for their pets while others have them cremated. Some people get jewelry or art made in their pet's honor. And then there is this one lady who got her dog's paw prints tattooed on her chest, one for each breast.

Sentimental tattoos are a normal occurance!

But that doesn't mean you won't regret them.

Sentimental tattoos are a normal occurance!

Newfoundland dogs are special indeed, a giant and lovable breed of doggo. And it's understandable that one may want a tattoo in honor of their beloved pet! But it's something one should really think through.

The enormity of regret.

I'm pawsitive these paw prints could have been placed somewhere less titular.

The enormity of regret.

18 at the time of her tattoo, Adele has said:

I haven’t had a proper relationship since I got it done, 10 years ago. People don’t look at me or want to talk to me, it’s all about my boobs. The tattoo was meant to be something to remember Max by, but whenever I look at my boobs, rather than thinking of him, I think of what a mistake I've made.

While the loss of her dog will always impact her heart, her frivolous tattoo idea has cost her immensely in the long run, and we don't mean her love life.

Adele's started laser treatment to get rid of the paws. Sadly, it's going to cost her £1,000 and the work will take 18 months.
