Aidan Moher who goes by @adribbleofink on Twitter recently posed a challenge to his followers. He asked them to share a story that sounded made up, but was actually true.
Basically, share your most wild, outrageous, utterly unbelievable stories that nobody will believe. Most of the replies were based around wild coincidences, and honestly, I kinda love that.
I knew a guy who read the book, 'The Secret' back when 'The Secret' was THE book to read. It was the 'Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck' of the 00s and 10s.
It was all about positive manifestation. He was travelling Europe, and had almost run out of money. He knew that he'd have to book a flight home in the next few days, so he started some positive manifestation.
He started imagining finding a diamond on ground, selling it and extending his trip. He did this for 5 days. On the fifth day, he was walking around the town square of some quaint European town, looked down and saw... YEP -A DIAMOND!! He took it to a jeweller, had it valued, sold it on the spot and extended his vacation for another month.
I wouldn't believe it if I didn't personally know the guy. Below are some more unbelievably true stories.
Check them out!
