Having a baby seems like a great idea when all your friends are having babies. They're small, soft, sweet and oh so cute - and don't even get me STARTED on how good they smell!

Then you get pregnant and maybe you re-think things a little. For me, the morning (all day) sickness was the killer!

I was nauseated from dawn to dusk and was miserable all day, every day, for 20 weeks. TWENTY!

Then things get a little better and you have the baby. I won't get into details about birth and delivery, but once the newborn tiredness passes, having a baby is actually pretty cool, they're sweet and cuddly.

Then they turn into a kid. And kids, well they are savage.
