For some people, it’s difficult to escape the fact that they have to rent a place to reside in. And tragically, finding an apartment to live in means having to deal with a landlord.
Sure, there are so many landlords who are nice, helpful, and conscious of your protection and privacy. On the other hand, there are landlords whose bad actions tend to give the rest a terrible name.
You can imagine renting an apartment only to find out that the air vent was actually attached to a wall. Or imagine waking up one beautiful morning only to discover that the paint on your apartment window sill is peeling and it turns out to be marble that they whitewashed.
Okay, how about I tell you that all these imaginations are actually what people have experienced at the hands of their respective landlords? Yup, I’m just as shocked as you are.
But then again, I’m sure some of you won’t be one bit surprised because you’ve gone through one or two of such scenarios. Well, people online have come out to show what their respective landlords did to their apartments in the guise of "fixing" things.
We’ve gathered some of these replies, so keep scrolling and get ready to be surprised.
