Target Employee Throws Man's Application Into The Trash Can Right Infront Of Him

It's always a nerve-wracking time when you're looking for a job and putting in applications or doing interviews. Many of us expect the application process to be pretty smooth whether you're doing a paper application or if you're doing an online application it's pretty straightforward.

When submitting a paper application usually you must go into the place of business and give it to an employee or manager at the store for them to review. Although this method isn't exactly common anymore, luckily for this guy the paper application saved him.

The guy comes to TikTok to share his experience while he submits his paper application to a Target employee at the location he was applying to. What happened next was astonishing to him and although in the end, he was grateful, it makes you thankful for honest people.

Turns out that the Target employee was basically saying that working there sucked and when he took to TikTok to share his story, it looks like every other Target employee completely agrees that the employee did him a favor by throwing out his application. He went to TikTok in response to this girl's video showing excitement about the virtual Target interview that she got. He decided to respond to her video by telling his story of what happened when he went to submit his application.

Here he is giving his statement on what happened when he went to give his application to this Target employee, Chester.

He goes on to explain how the employee took the application from his hands right then and there.

He said that the employee literally walked over to the trash can and threw his application away.

He said that Chester told him "I did you the biggest favor ever."

People started replying with their own experiences and said that Chester was 100% right about that.

This isn't really something that you say to your newly hired employee, but okay.
