Redditor Stomps On Floor Loudly After Having Issues With Their Neighbor's Small Dog Barking A Lot And Waking Them Up
Living close to your neighbors always has it's downfalls.

We're back again here with another Reddit post from the AITA thread that we often get to go through. This thread is where many people go to get unbiased opinions or advice on their situation when they don't necessarily want to ask someone close to them.
People are always quick to respond in the comments and give them their unbiased opinions or advice and even personal stories that they've been through. With this being said, today's post is submitted by someone who wants to know if they are in the wrong for stomping loudly on their floor toward their downstairs neighbors in response to their dog barking loudly.
OP explains that they've addressed this issue before, but nothing has changed, so they took it into their own hands one day and used another method (stomping on the ground) to quiet the dog after it had woke them up. Now if you've lived in apartments or with close neighbors, then you know that you can hear everything through the walls and floors.
So, we completely believe that OP was hearing the dog. However, let's see what everyone else in the comments had to say.
Stay tuned as we dive into the full original post by OP, and also give you a look into the comments section as well.
OP's post explains the situation with the dog and their neighbors by telling us that they've tried to address the issue before.

Then OP goes into explaining what they decided to do in order to try to quiet the dog down, but also says that the neighbors must have hear them stomping as well.

Many people quickly came to the comments to let OP know that they are not in the wrong and that obviously the dog is the problem.

Some people suggested talking to the landlord again about the situation if nothing has changed after all of this.

It really does seem like there are a lot of people that are on OP's side about this and telling them to go off.

Some people were a little bit weary of the situation and said that it didn't really make sense how the story is laid out.

This situation was pretty short, but it does describe everything in detail. People didn't have too much to say in the comments besides agreeing with OP and telling them that they had a right to stomp back at their neighbor's dog.
Ultimately, we don't want OP to get into trouble to telling the landlord about it again can give a good trace of paperwork in case anything happens.
