Woman Decides To Foster The Sad And Starving Dog She Rescued In Dire Need

Here's yet another great person that took it upon themselves to save an abandoned animal.

We have spoken before about abandoned animals and how big of a problem this is, but many people don't truly see how bad it can get if you leave your animals and abandon them. These animals can barely survive on their own especially if they have been with humans all of their life.

Depending on humans is what dogs do, so when they're left to fend for themselves it doesn't always work out. Unfortunately, that's the case with this dog who was abandoned and was found starving and in pain.

There are kind people in the world who don't just turn a blind eye to things like abandoned animals and that's where this dog's new foster mom came in. Some of us would do anything to help a hurt animal we saw, but we know that not everyone is like that.

So that's why we wanted to share this story today because the situation with abandonment can be different for every dog, but it's always the kind humans that come to save these animals and nurse them back to health.

Let's take a closer look into this story and see what exactly happened with this dog and her new foster mom.

This dog was found almost starved to death by a woman who saw her laying against a curb. Once the woman approached the dog, she let out a loud cry which made the woman aware that she was scared and in pain.

This woman took it upon herself to take action and get the dog help as soon as possible because she could tell just how bad the dog was hurting. Calling animal rescue was her plan and they were shocked at what they saw when they approached the dog.

You can tell the dog had been starving for a very long time based on her size and she was in a lot of pain.

We're just so thankful that people like her exist to help save these abandoned animals.

The woman wanted to do everything she could to help this dog, including offering to be her foster mom.

You can already tell how happy she looks with her new foster mom.

The woman knew that it was going to take a lot of work to get the dog to get used to her and not be scared of her. The dog was extremely timid because of her traumatic experiences, but it was her foster mom's main goal to get her to trust her.

They look like two peas in a pod.

It took a lot of work to get her warmed up to her foster mom. She spent a lot of time hiding behind things and being inside, but eventually, she became comfortable and was giving kisses to her foster mom.

We're so thankful for the foster mom and her stepping up to help this poor pup.
