With this all being said, we are diving into a situation today that was submitted by a woman who wants to know if she's wrong for not splitting her inheritance with her siblings after finding out that she got $1 million from her mother. Her siblings want her to split it because they say that OP wasn't around, but it seems like none of them were around enough to inherit that money.

So OP basically just wants to know if she's in the wrong for not sharing the money and causing a stir-up at her mom's funeral. It seems like people are already in the comments dissecting her post to see if it's real or makes any sense.

A will is a will and she has a right to it legally no matter what everyone else says about it all.

Nobody deserves that money technically and we definitely think that OP should just take the money because nobody technically deserves it.

People do their wills exactly for a reason and it's not their place to switch up what her wishes were.

That's how we feel too because it seems that she got something but obviously she was expecting or wanted the actual money.

Definitely agree with this and think that she should just ignore them and not worry about what they say outside of the will.

Obviously the mom did it this way for a reason and we have to just trust that she knew her kids and what they'd most likely do.

They were acting selfish and it seems that the whole situation is just a little odd and uncalled for honestly.

This situation is pretty sad to have to deal with, especially after losing their mom, but it seems that everyone was on the same page. OP definitely isn't in the wrong and we don't feel like she should split it with anyone at all because her mom put it that way in the will.
