Reddit Goes Crazy Over Response from Small Business Owner On A Negative Review Of Their Business

We're back again today with yet another Reddit post and this time the one we're looking into is from the Choosing Beggars thread. This thread is a place where people go to call out or just talk about the beggars and overall cheap people that they come across.

Some people can be classified as a beggar simply because they posted about asking for something or they are acting like they are poor when they aren't. With this being said, there are so many different reasons why someone might end up on this thread and in this case, we;re looking at a post that was submitted by someone who was looking int a comment posted by a small business owner.

The customer wasn't happy with the service and left a negative review on the business page, to which the business responded with a pretty funny and witty remark based on their service they gave them. Everyone in the comments thinks this situation is too funny and they all have some interesting things to say in the comments.

This is absolutely true and many people who have a small business totally understand this but they get thrown under the bus all the time for it.

Yep it is pretty wild that even when you try to help people most of the time it comes back to bite you so maybe we should all just be a bit more selfish.

People like this do ruin it for the rest of us because now he probably will never help out another customer out of fear that they'll write a negative review like this one.

People came to the comments to talk about similar situations they've had and just situations where they've encountered customers like the one shown in the original post.

Now this might just be a quote that really can stick because it's clear that there are a lot of things that goes into how you run your business and interact with customers.

Many people said that it is kind of hard to believe either side because both of them can lie and try to make people on their side based on their reviews.

Some people did say that the owner's store seemed sketchy and that maybe the owner is the one in the wrong here but honestly we can't tell.

It actually doesn't make either side of this right so we definitely understand that.

Choosing beggars can be such an interesting thread but people in the comments here seem to not be all on the same page about it. It's hard to tell because honestly, they are just reviews and responses so who really knows what happened in this situation?
