40 Times People Vent Their Sincere Frustrations About Work, And They Are Quite Relatable
Whatever way you choose to spend your days is, obviously, how you choose to spend your life.

Whatever way you choose to spend your days is, obviously, how you choose to spend your life. So given the way that the average individual burns through one-third of their adulthood at work, it's just normal that they need to have a sense of fulfillment and happiness there.
Tragically, that is not always the scenario. There are a lot of ways organizations make the lives of their employees hopeless, and they include the absence of training and two-way communication, too severe policies, toxic employers, horrible wages, and the list continues.
With their hopeless job requirements and hostile interviews, a few companies even track down ways of getting under people’s skin even before they recruit them. How can an employee work so hard, put in extra time and effort, and yet, all the benefits go to the employers?
It’s so annoying that people are not being paid what they are worth, yet they are expected to work and keep on working with no extra money added to what they are paid. A considerable number of these disappointed individuals go to different online platforms to voice their frustrations.
So, in our trial to recap the present work market and job conditions, we aggregated a list of complaints we saw online, the most vetted by employees. Below you'll find 40 pictures of tweets by the working class.

I won’t lie, some of these things are downright annoying because it’s not fair to treat employees this way. It’s not so hard to actually pay your workers what they’re worth, just like the CEO who cut his salary short and everyone still benefited massively.
