When This Woman Was Denied Sick Leave She Decided To Come To Work And Prove How Sick She Was

It's important to feel like your boss has your back. There's nothing worse than working for someone who you know doesn't really care about you, and worse than that, someone who will go out of their way to make sure you're in an unhappy work place.

Usually these people have a lot of issues in their own life and the power and control they have at work is the only respite they get. That's sad, but it doesn't mean that you deserve to have your life ruined for their therapy. This is a story just like that. This lady needed the day off as she was throwing up all morning, when this was denied she decided that she would go to work and they could see just how sick she was.

She starts off by explaining how anal her ex-workplace was about absences.

She is informed that she will be receiving a written warning despite the fact that they believe that she is sick...

She decided to just go to work so they could see exactly how sick she is.

Just as she made contact with the deputy how made her come in, the sickness reared its ugly head again.

Sounds like it wasn't necessarily the company, but the prerogative of the deputy manager to act in such a cruel way.
