Woman Denies Other Guest To Move The Patio Heater Closer To Them Because They Were Cold
This is a bit of a mundane story but it's always interesting hearing about things that happen in public with strangers.

We are back with a lighthearted, mundane, and overall simple situation to go over today that someone posted about in the Reddit AITA thread. This thread is one of the regulars that we cover here because of all the attention and comments that they usually get.
People come to this thread to get unbiased opinions and different perspectives on situations that happened or are happening in their lives. It's super interesting to go through all the comments and see what people had to say and what kind of opinion they have on what's going on.
So today we are going to look into a simple situation that happened at a public restaurant dinner on a patio. A couple was asked if they could move their heater closer to another table but they refused because then they would be too cold.
It's not too crazy of a story so if you're interested in something that's not deep and heartbreaking, this is for you. We're going to give you the details of the entire Reddit post and we'll look into some of the better comments on the post as well.
So stay tuned if you want to see what the full post says and what everyone had to say in response to it.
OP starts off by explaining where they were and the layout of the situation or setup.

They explain how many people were there and just how crowded the dinner place was.

She said that someone came up and asked her if they could move the heat lamp closer that way.

However, she responded no because she is cold but they continued to press her to change her answer.

OP explains how the rest of the dinner went and how that couple acted out at dinner as a family.

OP basically just wants to know if she is wrong for refusing to move it closer to them because she was cold.

The first comment says that OP is NTA and that they're happy her partner was supportive.

This is very simply put but it hits the nail on the head for how we feel about this whole situation.

This is true too; they could have asked the restaurant for assistance. Ultimately it wasn't OPs obligation to share anything with anyone.

People had a lot to say about this post and we're happy to hear all the opinions from everyone.

Everyone loves a supportive partner and Reddit definitely praises a great, supportive partner any day.

People even said that they would have reacted the same way and said the same thing. OP had no reason to have to give up the heat lamp.

People with kids often do feel entitled because of the fact that they have kids., but people aren't putting up with it anymore.

OP had no reason to have to give up her heat lamp and people seem to agree with her on this. Even though it didn't cause a problem in the moment, it still was something she felt like she needed to get some clarification on to see if she was in the wrong or not.
