Katy Tolj, a 19-year-old self-taught makeup artist from Melbourne, Australia, is taking Instagram by storm. Without altering any of her images, Katy simply uses her creative flair and special effects make-up to produce some of the unique looks that have been seen online. We all look different without make-up but not everyone can meet the same measure of boundless creativity.

With over 10,000 followers (at the time of writing this post), Katy uses her make up abilities to achieve extraordinary heights of makeup looks. From incredible illusions that seem like her face is sliced to revealing her insides as being made out of glitter, Katy creates visuals that are truly astounding.

It isn't unusual for Katy's make up looks to take her a few hours, but it hasn't always been this way.
