Morbidly Obese Man Seeks Advice Online As His Colleagues Dislike The Smell Of The "Wonder Food" Sardine He Eats At Work Every Day
"I'm not willing to give up my sardines, nor do I feel like I should have to"

No doubt, there are a lot of benefits when you eat a diet that is well-balanced. It is needed for development and repair, it has the energy you need to stay active throughout the day, and it has the ability to fend off diseases linked to a poor diet.
Maintaining a healthy weight can also be facilitated by eating a well-balanced diet and staying active. Talking about weight, the original poster of today's story is morbidly Obese and has several health problems because of it.
Now, he is eating healthily so he can lose some pounds. After a lot of trial and error, the OP settled for a healthy lunch, which he listed in his story.
This lunch has struck the perfect balance of: 1) relatively cheap (the cheese is more expensive than I'd like, but everything else is reasonable), 2) relatively easy/fast to prepare (the eggs can be a pain to peel and have to be marinated for 24 hours, but everything else can be prepared pretty quickly in the morning), 3) tasty (I legitimately enjoy eating all six of these foods and haven't gotten tired of them yet), and 4) healthy (it's a very nutritious, balanced mix of foods).
The problem here is that his colleagues hate the smell of the sardines, but they don't know how to confront him about it. One of them couldn't take it anymore and spoke to the OP about it, but he didn't want to give up on his sardines.
The OP kicks off his story

The OP lists out the items he has for lunch every single day

OP says sardines are a strong source of healthy protein and omega-3s

OP has offered the following explanation for why they think they might be the a-hole:
- Eating sardines in the break room.
- People don't like the smell.
And the comments roll in...

This Redditor is congratulating OP on the weight loss

Good on the OP for taking care of his health

The OP should find something else

Calling it a day

The OP added this to further clarify things
Some people might ask why I don't just go to my car to eat. I would actually prefer that option even if this whole fiasco hadn't occurred because I'm very introverted, but unfortunately our building and parking lot are both massive, so I'd end up spending half of my break walking back and forth and wouldn't have time to eat, especially since I like to savor my food. And on top of that, the summer is coming up, and I'm not keen on going outside because I sweat profusely at my weight.
Nothing else is available?

There's a level of general respect

It makes the OP inconsiderate

The OP does have the freedom to eat anything he wants, but some Redditors say he becomes an AH when he disregards the people around him, even when he knows they've complained about the smell of his lunch. There is joint use of the lunch room, so he ought to consider others.
Some said it is definitely a selfish AH move to stink up the lunch room every single day. Leave your own opinion in the comments.
