Hotel workers are some of the toughest customer service positions simply because they see all types of people but I think many of us forget what they have to deal with. If you're anything like us, then you've probably seen customer service videos all over TikTok before where people show behind-the-scenes of dealing with customers at their job.

This TikTok in particular shows us examples all the time of rude and ridiculous customers that show up to their job whether it's food service, retail, hotel service, working at a bank, or any other job dealing with customers. This girl let everyone know just how rude this customer was when she recorded the whole interaction.

TikToker Keyana McNeal is the one who shares the video of her interacting with this extremely rude customer.

As seen in the video, Keyana didn't do anything before she was talked down to and cursed at by a customer. Her video quickly blew up with over 5 million views and we understand why.

People had speculated that they knew each other or had a bad interaction before this and that's why the woman was so rude. However, Keyana shut this down and explained that stuff like this happens, and that's the price you pay when working in customer service.

Well, this was quite a story. After all of this, I definitely think that Keyana held it together perfectly and didn't cause any more problems.
