New Sabrina Carpenter Fortnite Skin Causes Uproar Among Players

Sabrina Carpenter is no longer just dominating the charts and social media—she’s now taking over the virtual world of Fortnite, and fans are loving every second of it.

Season 8 of Fortnite Festival officially launched on April 8, with Carpenter featured as the headline act. The update includes a range of in-game content inspired by the pop star, adding a fresh layer of energy and fun to the ever-evolving battle royale universe.

Players who opt into the Season 8 Music Pass can unlock two of Carpenter’s fan-favorite tracks, "Juno" and "Nonsense," while additional songs are available for purchase in the in-game shop. The musical integration brings Carpenter’s signature vibe straight into gameplay, and fans are responding in full force.

Clips have been flooding social media, showing player avatars dancing instead of fighting, with some even refusing to eliminate fellow Carpenter-themed characters. The lighthearted trend has caught fire, turning once-intense matches into impromptu virtual concerts.

Even the official Fortnite Twitter account joined in on the fun, posting: “Dance-related stalemates are on the rise since @SabrinaAnnLynn arrived in Fortnite. [Battle Royale] is all vibes now.”

The Carpenter effect is real, and it’s transforming the way fans experience Fortnite. That said, not everyone is happy, with some gamers even threatening to quit altogether.

"Sabrina Carpenter has RUINED Fortnite," one person fumed along with a clip that racked up 15 million views, as another chimed in: "I don't want to be a gamer anymore."

How to get Sabrina Carpenter in Fortnite?

Players can unlock two different Sabrina Carpenter skins in Fortnite, giving fans multiple ways to bring the pop star’s signature style into the game.

The main Sabrina Carpenter Outfit is instantly available after purchasing the Season 8 Music Pass. This version also includes a LEGO-style variation for compatible gameplay modes.

According to Epic Games, “this outfit features a yellow embellished babydoll inspired by the one she wore on her most recent tour – designed by Victoria’s Secret in collaboration with celebrity stylist Jared Ellner – as well as jewelry designed by Maison Raksha.” It’s a look that blends stage glam with in-game flair.

In addition to the main outfit, players can unlock a second style, the bodysuit version, by progressing to the end of the Music Pass.

There’s also a separate Tour-Ready Sabrina Carpenter outfit available for direct purchase in the Item Shop. This version will remain available throughout the duration of Season 8, offering another stylish option for fans.

How much is the Sabrina Carpenter Fortnite skin?

The Music Pass, which includes both unlockable styles, is priced at 2,800 V-Bucks. If you’re only interested in the skin itself, it can be purchased separately for 1,500 V-Bucks.
