In this day and age, reviews, unfortunately, can make or break a business.

I definitely pay attention to reviews, especially when I am travelling. Hotels and restaurants especially, but particularly restaurants because your girl loves to eat, and your girl hates wasting money.

Sometimes one bad review that is recent enough can put me off, even if all the others are good.

Considering this, it's pretty serious when someone writes a fake review, and it can actually de-rail a business.

Below are some awesome instances of businesses clapping back at people who they feel have left unfair and even totally false reviews.
