Ilya Denisov is the creator of this series of works called "medieval Branding." He is a fantastic artist who loves and has a lot of interest in history.

As a child, he used to draw everywhere on notebooks, school desks, and even on his friend's hands. His parent saw the inner artist in him and decided to send him to art school to pursue his passion as a profession. 

He is a passionate graphic designer and an illustrator of brands and logos. The only goal he has in his life is to do a project which is better than his last project. 

He is very creative, precise, dedicated, and loves to express himself as a graphic designer. He considers himself privileged that he has seen the beauty and power of the profession he chose for himself. 

He recently visited various medieval castles, and this middle age atmosphere encouraged him to create a series of artwork. He is mostly into designing logos and brands, so one day he imagined what famous logos of the modern-day brands would look like if they were made in middle age.

So he decided to combine the work he loves and the atmosphere of middle age and pen it down to recreate some modern-day logos. Below are a few of the logos that he recreated.

1. Lacoste

Lacoste S.A. is a French firm created in 1933 by René Lacoste, a tennis player, and André Gillier, a businessman. It sells clothes, footwear, sportswear, eyeglasses, leather goods, perfume, towels, and watches.

The company's green crocodile emblem is very identifiable.

2. Starbucks

Starbucks Corporation, headquartered in Seattle, Washington, is an American global coffeehouse and roastery business. It is the largest coffeehouse chain in the world.

3. Burger King

Burger King is a hamburger fast food restaurant business based in the United States. Insta-Burger King, a Jacksonville, Florida–based restaurant business, was formed in 1953. After Insta-Burger King got into financial difficulties in 1954, David Edgerton and James McLamore bought the firm and rebranded it "Burger King."

4. Playboy

Hugh Hefner launched PLBY Group, Inc. as Playboy Enterprises, Inc., an American global media and leisure firm. Sexual Wellness, Style & Apparel, Gaming and Lifestyle, and Beauty & Grooming are the company's four core business lines.

5. Puma

Puma SE, branded as Puma, is a German multinational firm based in Herzogenaurach, Bavaria, that creates and manufactures sports and casual footwear, clothes, and accessories. Puma is the world's third-largest sportswear producer.

6. Firefox

The Mozilla Foundation and its subsidiary, the Mozilla Corporation, developed Mozilla Firefox, a free and open-source web browser. Firefox displays web pages using the Gecko rendering engine, adhering to current and future web standards.

7. Youtube

YouTube is a video-sharing website based in San Bruno, California, created in February 2005 by three former PayPal workers, Chad Hurley, Steve Chen, and Jawed Karim. Google purchased the site for US$1.65 billion in November 2006, and it has since become one of Google's subsidiaries.

8. Windows

Microsoft Windows, or simply Windows, is a collection of Microsoft's proprietary graphical operating system families created and marketed. The origins of Windows may be traced back to 1981 when Microsoft began development on a tool known as "Interface Manager."

It was launched as "Windows" in November 1983 after the Apple Lisa but before the Macintosh), but Windows 1.0 was not launched until November 1985.

9. Audi

Audi is a luxury vehicle manufacturer based in Ingolstadt, Bavaria, Germany. Audi produces vehicles in nine production facilities worldwide as a subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group's parent business.

10. Instagram

Kevin Systrom and Mike Krieger founded Instagram, a photo and video-sharing social networking service in the United States. Facebook Inc. bought the service for $1 billion in cash and equity in April 2012.

These logos created by this artist look tremendously impressive and appealing if we lived in the medieval age, but it is the best in the modern era in their original looks. We can only wonder about the effort and hard work that made such creative artwork.
