The dad is claiming that this is free money to her since they could do it without paying anyone.
We're back again today with another Reddit post, and this one is from the AITA thread, which you all know we love diving into so much. This thread is a place where people can come to get unbiased opinions and advice from people on the internet about their situations to find out if they are in the wrong.
So, with this being said, today we are l looking into a post that was submitted by a dad who is looking to sell one of their properties, but they're trying to do it without the involvement of any realtors. However, his daughter is a realtor, and offered to pay her a percentage to do it for them even though they have the ability to actually have the whole process done for free.
So essentially, he is offering it to her so he can help her out and pay her for it. The problem is that his daughter isn't happy with the price that he's willing to pay her, but he wants to know if he's in the wrong for wanting to stand his ground.
So if you're interested in hearing the full story by seeing the original post and also seeing all the best comments that were left on the post, then keep on reading.
This dad is clearly just trying to help out his daughter, and it's quite odd for her to even ask for more money when it's her dad and also when he's actually trying to help her out. Everyone in the comments gave great advice for OP to just stand firm and if she doesn't like the offer, then he can do it himself.
